Dominic Baldaray serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Praetorian Guard Protection Services (PGPS). With over 28 years of experience in armed security and leadership, Dominic provides strategic vision and operational expertise to the organization. His extensive background includes executive protection, physical security, and business development, reinforced by 13 years of supervisory experience and certifications as an NRA instructor in Pistol, Patrol Rifle, and Shotgun.

As Chief Executive Officer, Dominic leads the overall direction of PGPS, ensuring the company’s growth, regulatory compliance, and commitment to excellence in security services. He is responsible for corporate strategy, client relations, and maintaining the highest operational standards while fostering a culture of professionalism and integrity.

Dominic’s leadership spans both public and private sectors, with experience as a Security Agency Owner, Armed Guard Supervisor, and Close Protection Agent. His involvement with the Arizona Rangers and Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department further demonstrates his dedication to community safety and law enforcement collaboration. His expertise in risk management, training, and operational oversight positions PGPS as a trusted leader in the security industry.
